Dr. William Brelsford
Dr. William G. Brelsford was raised in Tyler in a medical family. His father was a surgeon here for many years moving here after WWII. His mother grew up in Longview.
William is an honors graduate of both Robert E. Lee Highschool and Southern Methodist University. After completing medical school in Galveston, TX, at the University of Texas Medical Branch, he completed his residency and fellowship training in Dallas and Shreveport. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Brelsford has authored and co-authored several publications in respected journals in Rheumatology. He has practiced rheumatology in East Texas now for over 20 years and owns the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Clinic of East Texas here in Tyler. Dr. Brelsford is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Smith County Medical Society and the American College of Rheumatology.
Nicole Butcher, PA-C
Nicole is a native Texan and grew up in Lake Jackson near the Gulf Coast. Her college studies began at the University of Houston where she completed a BS in Psychology and continued at UNTHSC in Fort Worth for Physician Assistant Studies. Having come from a small town, she enjoys living in the rolling hills and piney woods of east Texas where she has been for the last 11 years. Much of her 10+ years of PA experience has been in spine and joint related pain which blends nicely at Dr. Brelsford's A & O Clinic. She enjoys running, biking and traveling with her husband and 2 boys.
Tim Roberson, PA-C
Tim, who is a native Texan, graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, and a Master's of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. While attending TNU, Tim received honors and was an active participant in many of the universities clubs and intramural sports including: Student Governing Association, Communication Club, Tennis, Flag Football, Softball, Soccer, Racquetball and Beach Volleyball. Tim has served patients in various medical settings, beginning as a laboratory assistant in high school, a medical volunteer while attending TNU, and a Primary Care Physician Assistant at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Henderson, Texas, after completing his graduate education. Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being active in his church, spending time outdoors and going to sporting events.
